Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Audit Analyst, your role will involve:

• Handling complex audit tasks as part of delivering high-quality financial statement audits for a variety of national and international clients, adhering to local accounting standards.
• Preparing and analyzing financial data, accounting records, and financial statements during different audit phases, including planning, testing, and finalization.
• Creating audit documentation in Deloitte’s audit software using standard templates, providing recommendations for decision-making, and escalating issues where necessary.
• Applying Deloitte’s established audit methodologies and leveraging your expertise to suggest solutions.
• Participating in tailored training programs and receiving coaching to enhance independence and technical skills.
• Collaborating with your team and leaders to address data issues, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Managing your tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accountability for your deliverables.
• Reviewing simpler audit activities performed by junior colleagues, offering mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Adhering to Deloitte’s policies and independence requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
